What is your fee for a returned check?
A $50 fee will be charged to the customer on all checks which are returned by the customer's bank.

What is your refund policy?
No refunds unless trip is cancelled by Clean Getaway Tours. If Clean Getaway Tours does cancel a trip the refund will be given in form of a credit for a future trip. It is good year for 1 year from date of original booking. Cash Refunds are not given.

What are your late payment fees?
Any late payments will be assessed a 10% fee of the total cost of the trip. After 5 business days anyone who has not made payment will be dropped from the trip. There will be no refunds given. If you would like us to use your credit card for final payment, we need a written letter or email advising us to do so.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Will I have all of my tickets in my possession when I go on my trip?
Yes, unlike other companies you will have all documents including your game tickets at least 2 weeks before departure.

Do I need trip cancellation insurance?
Trip cancellation insurance is not required on any of our trips although it is highly suggested. Insurance is available through us or you may purchase it through a company of your choice.

Can I make changes to my airline ticket?
Yes, but any changes will have to be made by the customer with the airline directly. The airline will charge a change fee.

Can I download a copy of the Travel and Service Agreement?
Yes. Here is a pdf copy of the Travel and Service Agreement.

How many stops will my flight have?
We try to book people on non-stop flights. However, sometimes a non-stop flight is much more expensive than a flight with a stop. If you still want a non-stop flight there may be a substantial increase in the cost of the trip.

Is there a fee for signing up after the final payment due date on trips that involve airfare?
Yes, the fee is $100 per person.
